Shipping

All items will be shipped standard USPS First Class unless otherwise requested at check out. USPS First Class Mail shipping is included in your purchase for all customers within the United States and its territories. UPS Shipping options are also available at checkout. All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of purchase or sooner. Everest is not responsible for any delays in shipping once the package has left Everest’s facility.

All orders outside the United States will be shipped standard DHL Express unless otherwise requested at check out. Any Customs, Taxes, and Tariffs are the responsibility of the customer to pay for. All customers are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country that you request it to be shipped to. When purchasing from Everest Horology Products, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Everest has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Everest Horology Products does not take responsibility for customs inspections not passing nor do we take responsibility for items taking extended periods of times processing through customs. All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of purchase or sooner.

Returns + Exchanges

Please email info@bezelandbarrel.com to request a return before sending back any products. Bezel and Barrel recommends shipping returned merchandise via a trackable package. Bezel and Barrel will not assume responsibility for the reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged. Product returns to Bezel and Barrel's Headquarters are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be in its original condition as defined above to be accepted as a return. Customers must initiate a return on the item(s) within 7 days of your order's delivery date, and the original packing slip and return form must be included.
